@cherrytothecake ... this is an excellent recipe so you could leave it out and it would still be good. You may want to consider adding some chicken stock in it's place if you find there's not enough moisture :)

Ditch the red peppers and go for green. Don't know why red peppers are "in vogue" because they are not superior to green.

great!! I made this version of cacciatore chicken and it was delicious. My mamma's a little diferent, she doesn't stirfry, she actually fries the chicken with a simple dough similar to Tempura. Thanks for posting!
