I love this movie. The effects at THE END are crap, yes, but for the pretty much the whole movie till the end it's wall to wall gross out FX. Totally awesome.

The storyline and plot were excellent, and it was more of a demonology film. That's the entire theme of the series, a demonology cult.
Wait a few years when your opinions actually have validity and you know how to judge a horror film, and when you actually know what Stephen King's movies are based about.
I just finished the third,and the effects were terrible.I thought the idea that the bugs were the cause ehh.And the whole thing with Eli...it was just confusing.This was probably the worst by far.
I seen the end of the fourth and I was confused.And I seen the fifth and it was a mind explosion.Ezekial is a good villian and all,but eh...I felt like they were tyring too hard into making him mini Isaac.But Kir's death was like *wow*.
Yeah, you have to see the whole fourth to understand it, it doesn't relate to the other movies at all. They had all of the CotC films as a marathon on Sci-fi channel because the eigth is going to be a Sci-fi original movie

I watched it twice, I just didn't care for it, the effects were bad, I didn't care for the acting
