But come on, the Constitution lays out how a bill becomes a law, and Young totally disregarded it. This is an affront to all Americans. Jefferson is already facing charges, don't you think Young should too? Oh that's right, you're a fucking Republican.

Isn't it strange that we have to hear about this blatent abuse of the legislative process through a start-up internet news source, rather than any of the traditional media? Do a Google news search for it - only Alaska and Florida local newspapers have given it any coverage. Jefferson's cold cash was ALL OVER the news when that first happened.

The extent of corruption of Alaskan legislators (who just happen to be GOP) is astounding. They need to be exposed and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law where applicable. We need to take our government back from these crooks.
