  • what breed is it? is it a swedish ''västgötaspets'' ? Dont now what they are called in english..

  • Well spotted! Yes, he's a Västgötaspets (Swedish Vallhund in English).

  • @DoghouseRock Nice :) they are really fun dogs!

  • Great - enjoyed the video! Obvious that you two are having so much fun out there!!!

  • lots of fun. We''re gonna do an Irish dance recital to this music and really glad I ran into this. My applause to you both.

    :-D

  • I liked the weave move alternating backwards & forwards - gotta try that sometime! Very nice timing on the rollovers too, and terrific closing sequence. Shame about the barking, but that would be one reason why I probably won't ever get a Vallhund, neat through they are. ;o)

  • Great!!!

  • I've Got A Schnauzer and hes still a Puppy and hoping to achieve something like this with him. But he seems to want to play all the time. Do you any suggestions to help me?

  • Simply amazing! ;)

  • That is very awsome. Herding dogs are so smart! (and I'm sure other groups are smart too) great little vallhund you got there

  • Thank you! Wonderful that you recognise the breed. Herding dogs certainly are smart, though I wonder what my little Maltese (Toy group) could have achieved if I had started him earlier in Freestyle (he was 9 y.o. at our first competition).
