BILL STAR!! if you havent tried it do it and dont mess with the plan youll be at 405 in a month, i added 20 lbs to my max bench and 40 lbs to my squat in a little over a month
Thanks, but don't believe that I am bouncing the weight at the bottom. I lower the weight fairly slowly and under control and touch the floor lightly to start the next rep. This is called touch and go reps which are a good way to maintain muscle tension throughout the posterior chain during the set.
only 10lbs off my max, and you rep it for 21 lol, my pride is hurt ;/ but i am 15, lol

i never get how ppl have low dealifts( not that this is low) but im 6'3" as a freshmen in high school i was able to do 460+ without training b4 hand

how did your fingers feel after that? I do 305 5 times, kind of easy, and my hands feel raw!

fortunately I have built up some callouses on my palms and fingers so a set like this doesn't hurt them too bad

Good sets, BUT next time not to bounce it from the floor ( a lot harder and the only way )
