  • only 10lbs off my max, and you rep it for 21 lol, my pride is hurt ;/ but i am 15, lol

  • Thought you did 315x21 straight by the title. more like 315x7x3

  • your deadlifts are so smooth... I'm super excited about getting 350 x 21 today.. felt so good, keep up the great work:)

  • My dad is 50 years old and I've been trying to get him to come over and do some deadlifts and squats for a year. (He stays on the crappy machines insisting he doesn't need to be "hardcore" at his age). I'm definitely showing him your videos sometime, good lifting.

  • I HIGHLY doubt that unless you were HUGE and have EXCELLENT genetics.

  • @G0dF0ther you were probably a fat fuck, that's why.

  • haha look at the poor guy in the background with the paper weights..... =) yeah ive been deadlifting only for about 3 months, im stuck at 345.......hoping to get to 405 soon =/

  • do rack deadlifts every other week

  • BILL STAR!! if you havent tried it do it and dont mess with the plan youll be at 405 in a month, i added 20 lbs to my max bench and 40 lbs to my squat in a little over a month

  • yeah paper weights produce paper thin physiques! LOL gotta deadlift heavy if you want to get thick...

  • Nice work, my PB is 140KG x 16, how much would this equal as low reps or 1 RM?

  • I think I sense a little sarcasm in SodeeSodee's comment about you bouncing the weight, Good job man.

  • nice one, as always

  • how did your fingers feel after that? I do 305 5 times, kind of easy, and my hands feel raw!

  • fortunately I have built up some callouses on my palms and fingers so a set like this doesn't hurt them too bad

  • Good sets, BUT next time not to bounce it from the floor ( a lot harder and the only way )

  • Thanks, but don't believe that I am bouncing the weight at the bottom. I lower the weight fairly slowly and under control and touch the floor lightly to start the next rep. This is called touch and go reps which are a good way to maintain muscle tension throughout the posterior chain during the set.

  • Ok, thanks for information :)

  • you call that a bounce? get your head checked

  • damn
