She still has to pay a half-grand deductible plus her insurance won't cover anything in the car which isn't part of the car, such as cell-phones, iPods, etc. On top of that, she loses HER car. There's the sentimental value. Also who knows if the insurance company will give her an amount of money that will allow her to get something comparable. Sometimes the deals the insurance companies give are crap. It sucks in any scenario.

You know what it is man, I have it all figured. First off were a nation of spectators. TV, youtube, etc. People let shit happen right in front of them, they disagree with. The women were pushed aside. The men were stabbed and beaten. I made a decision not to risk my life to save an inanimate object (a car). Call me a pansie, but I just call that smart thinking.
