@MikeMikeNana Oh my god, never. Last thing we need are more WoWs, which though I said, goes without saying :/ Try a 2011 version of the original engine, whose realism in movement and character form allowed its uniquity at the time. Funny that hasn't changed much at all in the line of MMO's since.

DAoC was the most awesome game ever and people should start playing it again, it was balanced (unlike WoW and WAR) and was a classic. And it was realistic as you can get, breaking down castles. And actually paying for the catapault from your pocket! Now that's awesome, and the economy is what made every last copper you had, feeling like you earned it.

No other MORPG will EVER surpass dark age. And people still play it! It's cheaper too! head over to one of the classic servers!

DAoC was a great game, but it was NEVER balanced. (WoW is quite a lot more balanced)

The only reason WoW is somewhat balanced is because they only have a handful of classes. DAoC was a fore runner for all of these games so its bound to have more design flaws. i still love daoc and i miss the way i felt playing it. but i cant go back. not enough people and the balance is still bad. i'm not playing warhammer anymore either, it's just full of fucktards that used to play WoW and i just dont like the classes that much or the RvR setup.

yeah I agree, DAoC was still funner to play, I thought even thought RvR wasn't the most balanced, PvE and dungeons were still one of the funnest parts of it. I loved how it felt when you pressed the PLAY button and that song started to play and that familiar picture popped up, I really wish DAoC would get back up, I don't want it to be a forgotten game, I still think WoW has more flaws and unbalanced than DAoC. Warlocks are overpowered, along with all other things. DAoC Player FOREVER!

Crap franchise MMOs such as WoW, and the "free" MMO's have literally no storyline, but feel free to have 120 some odd level grind fests such as Shaiya & Perfect World that require literally 60-80 bucks a month for xp items/enhancements on your gear etc and just for the company to patch/alter/literally steal your time and money at will. That's the sad crap off MMOs we have after DAoC and EQ went into retirement. These kids have and will never have the concept of a good MMO.
