Ok, I am ukrainian myself who live in teh United state for 10 years now. I love Yana very much she was the best girl on a show but I understand Maksim aswell who wants to have pure, passionate feelings to someone daily who would be a reason he can come home. SInce Maksim most of his life spend in the american culture ukrainian people can not undesrtand him. I experience the same stuff I go to visit Kiev. I think Maksim need look for a lady who moved to US but still have ukrainian culture in her

Knowing how old fashioned parents are I think Maks may have done the Bachelor because of his parents, mainly his mom. He is already in his 30s and moms like his want a daughter (daughter-in-law) and grandchildren. I think this is his reason. Knowing how my mother-in-law is I fully understand.

I think it was a waste of time to even do the show. Yana was hurt. You don't play with people's feelings like that. Luckily she's young and I hope she finds someone special.

@NicoleH73 Unfortunately that seems to be the way it is on every edition of 'The Bachelor'. I think I've only seen ONE relationship that started on that show lead to marriage and children, and that was when one of the female contestants was invited back for her own version of the show, called 'The Bachelorette'.
