This is not the fault of Myspace or Youtube, and its easy for people to blame websites for problems. I agree with this video, hes right on just about everything. Its about the parents teaching their kids and being their for them, thats where the problems are. If you get rid of Myspace, Youtube, and Facebook, violent people like those teens will just find other ways to do what they want. There is no simple solution. Its up to the parents, and to the kids, and its about making good choices.

No, I'm talking about a pattern of parental presence during the critical years of childhood. You're right. Things don't really change a whole lot after high school. People might change, but categories remain. Personally, I think stereotypes are a way to devalue a human by categorizing them. Really, it's just another form of discrimination. Yes, the real world is different. I went from geek to cheerleader during my HS years. After high school, I honestly missed the drama at first.
The real world is different b/c you work with people in all facets of life that aren't like you (not same age, color, or living in same community with same socioeconomic background). It's easier to be yourself and not just try to fit in. Of course at work there is dress code.
What happens in HS is bs, for most part limited to HS.

This is so horrible. They should all be tried as adults and they should all suffer while incarcerated.
