We need more Insurance company whistleblowers. People that are on the inside and will go to a great extent to disclose fraud. i.e. recording phone calls and conversations and copying documents. The courts have to somehow minimize or overlook any legalities when whistleblowers 'technically' break the law re: privacy etc. in this area.

The country needs a well funded insurance watchdog. Treat fraudulent insurance companies like pedophiles. It's criminal fraud on a huge scale.

If that was my child I'd beg, borrow and sell everything to save her, and THEN sue the insurance company. And if Geragos really thought there was a "wrong to right" then why didn't he pay for her operation, and sue for the family. If he had an easy case, then he could collect his 40% contingency fee, less all his costs, including the orginal cost of the surgery.
