I know how to get this helicopter on the PSP version of lcs in this mission false idols without cheating or using downloaded gamesaves. I'm planning on making a video of how I do it and if you're interested let me know. Thanks

the mission is false idols and it works on any game console (psp or ps2 or w/e and u can also use the perfect traction cheat to help u get the helicoptyer up there it may look like the roof is unsolid but its solid and the helicopter will fly by and u can steal it midair there are other available methoed like going to a roof of the building in false idols that the helicopter lands for the star and then jacking it midair and getting there using perfect traction down=hop on psp

thats on ps2 that is not on psp version ive tried it and you dont see people in it on the psp version either

This ain't a mod. It is just not possible on the PSP-version, but only on the PS2 version, dude. ;)
