I am totally agree with you, cwldoc. It is indeed a remarkable interpretation of Chausson Poeme. Harutynian seems to be also a fabulous teacher, as I can see from his master class with Sergey Khatchatryan and online lesson. Avanessian's master class is also a promissing one

Thank you for posting this video. Very beautifully played. I was not familiar with this violinist (though I think I saw a masterclass by him on youtube). He is certainly worldclass, not only with superb technique but also with his interpretation.
