Give Respect to the original and practice until you got it down then record it. I think this band (if your still together I see this is in 09 of 2000) could go far with more practice. I can't hear the screams so no comms on that. The cleans suck. I understand not being able to reach the octave, but even in a lower octave it's still in a wrong tone! One of the guitarists or both of them don't do the palm mutes correctly (in the right times). The riff at 1:50 is supposed to be played with hammer ons and pull offs. Someone isn't playing it right. The solo is bad. Can't hear the bassist. The drummer is pretty good.

Your timing is very bad, work on it. And learn the lyrics.

My best word of advice would be the clean vocals. They could use a lot of work. The screams don't sound too bad when you can hear them. Another thing to work on is balance. It doesn't sound like you're all playing together. i don't mean to be rude, it's a difficult song. Just trying to help you out.
