@bcharville no. you can only kick the ball at that point, in order for the other person to get hold of it

Stevens was ahead of his itme, he was a msallish forward so made up for it being quick, if you see old clips of tries he is nearly alwasy the first forward up on the play, these days its all like that mobile forwards but he was one of the first to play that way.

@WELLBRAN yeah Stevens was a fast man he scored tries against New Zealand and Ireland.Perhaps not as good a scrummager as most props of his day but certainly the fastest
