Liberals jumped on the junk science of man made G/W because it gives total control; what we drive, size of house, what and how we manufacture etc. Control energy and you control the country. The hunter speaking to Huckabee is an affable gent but just another willing dupe in a political power game he doesn't understand. The earth was a heckofa lot warmer when you could bag a Wooly Mammoth or Saber Tooth tiger without a hunting license.

Yes for the time being I am allowed to do that, but as you know Liberals would love to see limits on free speech as well. However I don't think that about most people I disagree with, mainly the canniving politicians and fools who buy into man made global warming.

I don't really believe in Man-Made Global Warming but what I can't believe even more is that the only reason these people care about the wildlife habitat is hunting. All they care about is whether they will have the ducks to shoot. Apparently if it wasn't for food and entertainment that they get from nature they would let it all go to hell. What shallow people. I am a Republican but I won't vote for Huckabee after this.

that's an interesting statement. as a lifelong outdoorsman, i find that for the first week or so of every deer season i can remember, i spend the whole time so engulfed with the beauty of it all that i don't get a lot of productive hunting done. the reality is that as a generalization, hunters are closer to nature and more conscientious about it's protection (that is to say, knowledgable about the environment). it is not about going out and killing.

Mike Huckabee is a lying weasel. Sure, he'd have to be some measure of a lying weasel to make it in presidential politics, but Huckabee lies with an artfulness that would make Dick Nixon envious, and probably has Bill Clinton convinced that it comes from something in Hope, Ark.'s water. He's so damn good at it.
