I'm not sure exactly what formulae Aaron used to make the characters, he never shared them with anyone. As for adding music, you can do that in any video editing program. I'm not sure what Aaron uses, but you can do it in Windows Movie Maker.
For me, the use of the Revenge stages in such a clever manner is one of the things that made NoDQ CAW so different to other leagues. Innovation, that's what it was. And it continued later on into other seasons with the Harbour From Hell and Warehouse matches. It's great that Aaron brought them back a few times later on, after the move to Day Of Reckoning.
It's definitely one of my favourites. Season one is one of the best examples of how to do a CAW show properly- all the feuds were well planned, everything was wrapped up neatly and this mega event was just fantastic.

Season 1 sucked. Uneventful commentary, boring matches. At least they stuck with it and mastered their craft.
