  • I bet you that wolfie here benefitted financially after 9/11...along with that Guliani scum.

  • @Eri: "Ron Paul also voted against RONALD REAGAN receiving a congressional gold medal as well."

    Death.

Ron Paul is 76 year's old and he's going to be dead soon! And when he is rotting in the Earth I will piss on his grave and record the experience for all the world to witness right here on YT...

Ron Paul is a "white supremacist shill" and he is NEVER going to be President!!

Now, go cry me a river, build me a bridge and GTFO it...

  • @Eri: "Ron Paul also voted against RONALD REAGAN receiving a congressional gold medal as well."

...when the, likely, voter's actually looked at his political platform, in some detail, they realized that Ron Paul is a senile, bat-shit-crazy, old fool and they either voted for someone else or they didn't vote. At this point, however, the reason that RP will NEVER be President has to do with something that is very important that few ppl ever really talk about...

  • @Eri: "Ron Paul also voted against RONALD REAGAN receiving a congressional gold medal as well."

    .. including with Obama!

You're right, in a sense! It's not about race, tho the demographic that RP actually caters to most of the time, white supremacy, would tell you different. It is about being an anti-American "white supremacist shill" & that's actually why he never actually became President, in all of the other Presidential election's that he has ever run in!

  • 9/11 was a false flag operation!

"The size of the lie is a definite factor in causing it to be believed,

for the vast masses of a nation are in the depths of their hearts more

easily deceived than they are consciously and intentionally bad. The

primitive simplicity of their minds renders them a more easy prey to a

big lie than a small one, for they themselves often tell little lies,

but would be ashamed to tell big lies." ***Adolf Hitler***

  • Rosa Parks received a Congressional Gold Medal on May 4, 1999. What's the issue here?

  • @BareFoot: The issue is that since Ron Paul voted against it, what does that say about him?!

To get further into about this & about him, the content of his character, etc., read his newsletter's. On YT and on the browser of your choice you should search for "ron paul racist quotes". You'll find dozen's of interesting video's, picture's & articles to take up your time for days!

Search thru my fav's. There's a lot there. Ask me for more info on this if you are interested.

  • @SpookeyR

Ron Paul also voted against RONALD REAGAN receiving a congressional gold medal as well.

It's not about race, it's about strict constitutionality & individual liberty. Something not many Americans stand for sadly

  • @Eri: "Ron Paul also voted against RONALD REAGAN receiving a congressional gold medal as well."

    What's your point!?

White supremacist's don't like Reagan, either! So, when RP voted against giving RR the CGM it wasn't such a big idea, not that anybody really cared, outside of perhaps a few "Reagantard's"! He didn't deserve the CGM anyway, since he was pretty much the most war mongering President in US history, expanding our debt way beyond anything, before or since, ...

  • Ron Paul '12!

  • They have to stop making those medals out of unobtainium.

  • What medal costs $30,000? Is it made in deep mines of Moria, partly out of the ring of power, and jesus' poop?

  • Hey Wolf!! I bet you never thought Ron would be back and better than ever in 2012 you globalists, lying, mind controlling scum of a human being! Go to hell Blitzes!

  • Media trying to make this great man look like a racist is soooo dumb..

He is obvious not a fucking racist..

  • Yep, but he's a racist, huh???

Give me a break, media witch hunt bitches!!!

    VETERANS FOR PAUL

  • The medal was self funded, it had nothing to do with tax payer's money. Ron Paul is a douche.

  • @cirilomex92 Did you watch the video ?

  • OBVIOUSLY a racist bigot, haha!

  • Ron Paul didn't say he alone wanted to pay for it. He didn't want to tax us to pay for the medal. He wanted to use his own private money. The rest of congress did it anyway. Apparently the citizens aren't capable of donating on their own and the government needs to steal our money to pay for something they want to do.

I would have gladly set a 100$ bill down next to his, just like a lot of others would. Also Ron Paul is all about civil liberties and rights. He's for the people not corporations.

  • We as a nation should be the ones giving that medal to Rosa Parks. Not the rich white men of congress. She didn't stand up for the rights of congressmen, she stood up for civil rights, and we as a nation choose to honor her. We do so with our money...I proudly do so...and I don't need Ron Paul to pay for it for me. He's proven himself over and over to be a bigot. I was fond of him before the newsletter, and now I hear about this. What a pig.

  • @shayalon You lie about liking him before, quite obviously, too. nice try.

  • @petertrast Yes, because you know me and have a basis for your accusation.

  • @shayalon No, because I know Ron Paul personally. As I said, nice try.

  • @petertrast What the hell does that have to do with anything?

  • @shayalon I know that he is NOT a pig. Ergo, you lie. And it is more obvious since it is very common to say "I used to love this guy until this ONE thing happened."

  • @petertrast I hardly said I loved him. I would never vote for him. I just said I was fond of him. I don't know him, and knowing him is not required to develop an opinion about it. I don't care what your opinion of him is, and even less that you know him. Fact is that you don't know me or my life and have no basis to call me a liar. You're certainly not changing my opinion of him...or his supporters.

  • @shayalon When you state an opinion I know to be false i.e. "what a pig", calling you a liar is the PROPER response. One lie makes you a liar. You could say that you dislike him because of one policy or another. But you made a false statement. Liar.

  • @petertrast Jesus...shut up. You said I was a liar because of the fact that I said I liked him before, not because I said he was a pig. My opinion that is is a pig (unless you're so stupid that you think I literally am calling him a barnyard animal) is an opinion. Opinions are not subject to proof, and therefor cannot be considered "lies". However, your statement that you were referring to my labeling him as a pig, rather than my statement that I liked him before is dishonest...you are a liar

  • @shayalon My name is not Jesus and I will not shut up. I used your statement that you once liked him to back up my assertion that you were a liar for calling him a pig. maybe a reading comprehension class would help with that. And I never thought you called him a literal pig... lol, that would be a stretch. I merely connected the dots of the OP to prove you are a liar. Liar.

  • @shayalon He wasn't against citizens donating. He was against citizens being taxed. It wouldn't be right for Congress to take money without our permission, so they can get the credit of honoring a hero. Ron Paul HATES WHITE PEOPLE TOO since he did the same to Reagan. "as a nation we choose to honor her" FALSE, Congress chose to honor her, with money they took from us. Our money, but not our choice - how is defending our rights bigotry?

  • @q: "..how is defending our rights bigotry?"

He's not defending our right's at all! He's defending the political agenda of white supremacy, i.e. white supremacist's and white supremacist organization's, specifically with what they support on a federal level. White supremacist's largely hate Catholic's and they tend to hate Reagan, too!

David Lane, a well known white supremacist, & his buddies tried to overthrow the US federal gov't in the 80's, while Reagan was still POTUS!

    Duh.

  • There are countless young voters who were swayed to vote for Ron Paul because he was the only "NO" on Rosa Park's medal.

  • Ron Paul is not racist grow up.

  • @transferpoint2012 What? do you have selective hearing? listen again.

  • @jeff:

He referred to himself in the first person, as a "Congressman", when talking about the MLK, Jr. holiday in his newsletter's & referred to it as, & blaming Ronald Reagan for our annual, "Hate Whitey Day"...

Ron Paul IS a "white supremacist shill" and he will NEVER be President!!

    Get over it!

  • Sounds perfectly reasonable to me.

  • @Chuk: This is a verbatim quote from a specific RP newsletter about what he thinks about Park's & MLK!

"Listen to a black radio talk show in any major city. The racial hatred makes a KKK rally look tame. The blacks talk about their own racial superiority, how the whites have a conspiracy to wipe them out, and how they are going take over the country and enact retribution. They only differ over whether they should use King's non-violent approach (i.e., state violence), or use private violence."

  • @swirling: ..even when Clinton had a Democratic Congress. He was a big spending jackass, who actually taxed the rich at 50%. Obama actually taxes the rich to the right of Reagan at 35%!!

The Rosa Parks medal was NOT funded by tax payer dollars, it was funded thru the sale of bronze replica's! All that this white supremacist shill needed to do was buy a replica, duh!!

Ron Paul is a white supremacist shill and he will NEVER be President!!

    Get over it!

  • ron paul.....you should have put more thought into this. ill bet now you wish you tax each american .002 cents to buy that gold medal.

  • The Rosa Parks medal bill was self-funded. It was not a public expense. Either he voted on the bill without reading it (so he's a hypocrite), or he knows it was self-funded and he's lying.

  • Self funded? Please explain that one.

  • @tombat1913 read the bill, lazy-bones.

  • Indeed it was.

  • So how is it Constitutional jx ?

  • Comment removed

  • How is it not?

George Washington and the first Congress awarded medals. You know that, right?

George Washington and the first Congress sold things to fund the government. You know that, right?

So tell me how this bill didn't fall within constitutional boundaries.

  • OK, lazy bones.

After a quick read of Article 1, Section 8, I confirmed that Congress was not given the authority to give medals to people. But don't lose hope. The 10th Amendment states, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

The Constitution grants a few specific powers to the Federal Government, nothing more. Everything else is unconstitutional.

  • George Washington didn't see anything constitutionally wrong with it but I guess I should take Joe Internet's opinion over his.

  • If you could read, you wouldn't have to take my opinion. Google: US Constitution

  • @Ryan: The Rosa Parks medal was NOT funded by tax payer dollars, it was funded thru the sale of bronze replica's! All that this white supremacist shill needed to do was buy a replica, duh!!

Ron Paul is a white supremacist shill and he will NEVER be President!!

    Get over it!

  • @SpookeyR Uhhh, if no tax payer money was involved, why was the government? If the Federal Government wasn't awarding money, the Federal Government wouldn't be voting on it. I don't understand.

  • @Chuk: No taxpayer money was involved! Congress was trying to get a measure passed that wouldn't cost the taxpayer's a dime; WTF is so difficult about that to understand??!

Ron Paul voted against this measure bc he is a white supremacist shill; he thinks that ppl like Rosa Parks, MLK Jr., & all the other ppl that marched during the Civil Rights era for Civil Rights & Human Rights were NOT taking part in non-violence! He believes that they were taking part in something called "state violence".

  • @SpookeyR -- If no tax payer money was involved, then where was the $30,000 going to come from?

  • @SpookeyR Some of you people freaking out over this are so silly. He also voted against a medal for the Pope and for Reagan. Must be one of those self hating white supremacists.

  • @SpookeyR --- Manufacutred by, and sold from the government? Making them an asset of the government, and the earnings from the sale an asset held by the treasury--making it, owned by the treasury of the tax payer. Duh!

  • This is why Ron Paul is amazing, how can accuse him of being a racist if he's willing to spend his own money on this, how can accuse of him being against the Constitution when he doesn't want Tax Payers paying for unnecessary spending?

  • ron paul seems like a great guy .... obama right fromt he start told the people what they wanted to hear just like the rest of our former presidents .... and this is why ron paul lost .... cause hes actually a good guy that cares.

  • Since Ron Paul has dropped out, but backs Bob Barr, I think his supporters should UNANIMOUSLY go with with Barr to give him a better chance of beating out McCain and Obama. If we split our votes between Barr and Baldwin, we won't have as big a chance of overcoming the NeoCons'. I would have loved to have seen Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich in the White house. But I think we all need to face reality and try to redirect the course of these elections in any way POSSIBLE.

  • I was shocked when he supported Baldwin, but Baldwin was campaigning for him. Although the Constitutional Party claims to be the third largest political party, they're not on as many ballots as the LP, and Barr has gotten much more attention.

Barr has my vote. I know the GOP regrets not picking RP.

  • I can see why Mr. Evil, Mrs. Evil and Mr. Stupid (our current GOP and Democrat candidates) are so afraid of Ron Paul.

  • Ron Paul 08!!!!!!!!!!! wake up america!

  • This is excatly why we need this man in the whitehouse!!

  • imagine if we had a whole group of people with moral principles like this running for president but with different stances on issues...we might actually have a funtioning democracy. (THAT'S SARCASTIC)

  • wow wut a nice gesture for him to do

  • I really hope your response "wow wut a nice gesture for him to do" was not sarcastic.

  • Finally a congressman that will put his money were his mouth is. This man would be a great president.

  • RP keepin it real

  • God protect and watch over Ron Paul - we'll do the rest ;)

    Ron Paul '08!

  • finally a politician who knows his job.. jesus christ...

  • Cmon man how does this not make sense.

  • Bravo Dr. Paul...

  • ron paul-1st candidate ive seen since ive been of voting age who i am excited about-the media is terrified of a cndidate who acts real

  • In 2000, Congress wanted to award Ron & Nancy Reagan a gold medal and Ron Paul voted against it, despite being one of Reagan's biggest supporters.

Paul argued that appropriating $30K for the award was neither constituitonal nor in the spirit of Reagan's belief in limited government.

Paul suggested that Congress pitch in $100 each to pay for the medal. NONE OF THEM VOLUNTEERED! It's easy for Congress to spend our money, but it's a little different when asked to open their own wallets.

  • @swirling: "Paul argued that appropriating $30K for the award was neither constituitonal nor in the spirit of Reagan's belief in limited government."

Ronald Reagan was NOT in support of limited gov't, you politically ignorant moron! As President, Reagan expanded the federal government by about 90%. Reagan allowed the welfare state to enlarge and the military budget to explode, causing monstrous budget deficits & government growth that dwarfs

    government growth under Clinton, ..

  • @SpookeyR -- Where do you get such information? Reagan closed and shrunk numerous programs. Please cite your sources, or look like a fool. Your choice.

  • @jeff: How about American history?! It's the truth. RR was a "comsymp", bloating America's budget & putting a fire under the rear-end of the old SU so that they would put money into similar defense programs & re-kick-start their economy. If Reagan had never put so much money into so many bs defense program's the SU would have fallen year's earlier than they did.

I realize that Wikipedia is known for being inaccurate but, they get a bad rap; most of their information is very accurate, 80 - 90%!

  • @swirlingchowder, Congress shouldn't be responsible for awarding a citizen or public figure for helping create a better America. We the People (Taxpayers) should fund it. That's our way of saying thank you for your self-less service to make positive change for the betterment of our country. So, the next medal of honor given to one of our military hero's for example should be paid by Congress? They'll chip in $100 each? HUH????

  • @swirlingchowder When he got called out for his vote, he tried to offer $100 to pay for the medal out of his own pocket. The medal costs roughly $30,000. He argued that he was trying to save the taxpayers from having to pay that money. Except according to the bill, the medal would be paid by donors and from the sale of bronze replicas. So no tax money was involved.

  • @lildrift559 ALSO, the Congressional Gold Medal has been given out since 1776. George Washington was the first recipient. So Ron Paul's attempt to argue that the medal was unconstitutional doesn't really fly considering the first congress could just ask the framers of the constitution what their intent was and they didn't have a problem with it.

  • @lildrift559 Just saying...

  • You can prove media bias just with how they deal with Dr. Paul. He votes no on thousands of bills in his career and they bring up this one minor issue. What is their agenda and what implication do they wish to make? He voted against a medal for Reagan but they somehow forget to mention this.

  • This is justification for calling Paul a racist by some...but if they just listened to his response they'd understand....he's only been behaving this way for 30 years now...it's called "principles"...which is why he's got everyone freaked out....because it's not our typical politician.

  • He makes way too much sense for the average hypnotized American to comprehend.

  • Then we have to wake the morons up!

  • I love it! Wolf tries to insinuate that he is some sort of racist for voting against a Rosa Parks medal, and Dr. Paul turns it into a positive. He demonstrates what is wrong with congress -- it is too easy to be generous with other people's money. He offered to pay for the medal out of his own pocket, yet he couldn't find a single congressman who was willing to chip in a mere $100 to buy the medal themselves. That's why we're in debt -- politicians love buying your vote with your own money.

  • I dont think Wolf did anything wrong. Myself, and many others were very skeptical when we heard of him denying Rosa Parks a medal. He positively needed to address this, and by doing so he opened a lot of peoples eyes, including my own.

  • yessssss... ron paul is the modern day Miracle! it is our responsibility to educate people of WHY he is such a hero and what good he will do for the US and the planet as when we pull out of the 700 bases we have all over the world, people in other countries will also be more free.. RP 08

  • @silus2000

Tax payers do not buy for these metals .

  • @Joeybsmooth On what basis are you making such a claim?

  • @8008Titsmagee

    Basis of reading the bill.

  • @Joeybsmooth Per the bill, the money comes from the US Mint Public Enterprise Fund. From US Title 31 Sttl IV Ch 51 Subch III § 5136 which established the Fund: "... at such times as the Secretary of the Treasury determines appropriate, but not less than annually, any amount in the Fund that is determined to be in excess of the amount required by the Fund shall be transferred to the Treasury." Since this becomes fungible, I believe he's calling that taxpayer money--not too far a stretch imo.

  • I think his view on the medal was right on and alot of people are going to say to themselves. "Wow that guys is principled."
