Actually they ran it two weekends ago with a new fibreglass body,dropping 400 lbs for its first run ever under 7 seconds. i believe it was 6.94 at 196mph
you will be pleased to hear that the car is almost done being re-built and re-certified. im guessing ill have new video of it when the track re-opens in the spring.

I grew up around the corner from Steve and always loved that car. Bummer it is totalled now.
