How do i add this as my desktop background? i downloaded the file, but when i go to add it as my background, it doesen't come up, its as a video file atm =/ please help

You were wondering about how the performance of ones computer is affected by running a dreamscene background.
It's obviously a matter of how good your computer is, but I can tell you that on my computer (AMD Phenom (Quad 2.5GHz~) with 4gb of RAM and a nvidia geforce 9800GT (512mb)) it runs without any interference while playing games.
Also, you can pause the dreamscene whenever you want to.
@denim3s It should also be mentioned that Dreamscene pauses automatically when the user is in full-screen so it should not affect games unless played in windowed mode.

LOL when I choose FIT in the personalize screen it becomes a regular wallpaper (not dreamscene).

@Wowofmaplestory you need windows vista ultimate or just download dreamscene (you can find it by typing it into google)

They're not really "new" names.
Just names I haven't used in a while, Interception being older than bingo.
