Backhandsprings, backflips, etc. If you dont think youll get it on your first go, DONT TRY IT OR YOULL GET HURT. Thats why you do littler things and build up to it, so that you will get it on your first try.

belive me, its so much easier than it looks, just practice the techinque in a pool, go to the part where the water is shallowest till u get comfterable, then try it on the side of the pool , then the grass and bam your done, now you can showoff in front of people. :)
