Nice video, thanks for sharing. It's been difficult for me to live with this illness. Doctors says I have to learn to live with this and they say the pain in my legs and arms is emotional, but I told him it was the fact that I suffer too much, but he say no. I ask to be refer to my neurologue but he say it's the stess. Well, that's life and I feel like they don't understand this sickness.
@kill3rKaleta I am so called not a candidate for surgery.... but i live in pain daily... i struggle just to go school.. i want my life to go back to the way it was.
I too suffer from Chiari Malformation. I had the decompression surgery on May th 2010 and have only gotten worse...its hard but we just gotta do the best we can with what life weve been given...I am struggling to let go of the life I once lived..
@URCNFUN I hate the life I have been given.. it make it soo difficult. things are made so hard. I have to be made accommodated or i have to be left out of things. I HATE IT I HATE I HATE IT.
I have Chiari I Malformatin 6mm, I've had terrible headaches since I was 13, and am 35 now. They say there's nothing they can do for me. Surgery is too much of a risk for only 6mm so I just have to live with it. Don't let the disease control you, live your life to the fullest! I get thru the days thinking, the pain is just a "feeling" and it can be controlled. Keep occupied don't lay in bed it will bring on depression, keep moving and you will feel better. This is a great video!
I've through about the same things like yours, just that i knew something's wrong inside which no one could figure out. I had decompression 4 April, thank goodness im back normally. Hope u'll get well and good (:
Good video. It's not a disease though, it's a malformation. You are born with it.

@Fallout3Babe Not everyone is born with it. Sometimes a traumatic injury can also bring it on.
