Anyone can compete in the male olympics, if they reach the minimum scores.
To compete in the female olympics, you have to be:
a) a girl; or
b) a boy with very very low testosterone levels, from the beginning of puberty on; or
c) a boy without testosterone receptors.
A boy with ovaries, uterus and vagina is not a girl, since he has at least 1 Y chromosome.
To use that as an excuse to participate in female olympics is cheating.
