I'm guessing it's counting the lives he lost each time he fell down because as soon as he hits the ground he's dead but then he gets killed a second time by the immediate danger he's close to as soon his next life starts AKA the dogs and the air vent.

Good commercial, but the way they counted was wrong. They took lives away even before he got hurt.
