The cop was pissed because she didn't immediately comply. It's almost like she was resisting arrest. If she claims she is that unaware of her surroundings she should not be driving in the first place because she is a danger to others on the road. I didn't see any brutality. She could have avoided being dragged out of the car by following instructions.

What this video fails to show is what the cop had on this car on the computer or dispatcher prior to pulling it over. Coulda listed the driver as a multiple felon who's considered armed and dangerous. But all we focus on that it's a white cop going aver a colored fella.
