Just what I needed to see tonight. Like you said, you can't fight resistance. I think my first step is to meditate myself to sleep tonight. I've noticed some challenges coming up recently that are *not* new to me, so that tells me I need to release the resistance I have around those challenges. It's also what you call the DWD freaking out because I'm moving forward so quickly into "the unknown."
Thank you for posting this, Julia. It's helpful for talking to people about how resistance blocks our experience of life as joyful and harmonious. It's probably the clearest indicator of being out of sync with life.
soufreeplay--I'll bet Julia intended this to be a basic, explain-a-core-concept video, as opposed to a cutting-edge one. At least, that's what the title says to me. I know her "Easy World 101" series is supposed to introduce it for folks who have not heard of Easy World.
I agree with you that she is fabulous and is doing powerful, transformational work.
