I don't rly care, if he is good in a fight or not. The overall point is that he can't rly have a black belt, those require the age of 18(usually) well atleast in TKD it does. Anyhow big muscles restrict your movement and as someone mentioned in the original post "What is the point of all the muscle when you can't use it properly?". I am not jealous or anything I myself have a fairly good bodybuilt, however I focus on performance not the size.
