  • lee's advice? "use no limitation as limitation" --- truly the first of his kind and a legend :):)

  • So is the kind of work out that Bruce Lee do the same(for the most part) as all those body builders out there, because he is so much more compact and slender then them, but is that because he trains harder or because his work is much different?

  • the smallest big man I've ever seen

  • yes hard work ill get you in great shape and looking good, but there are some things bruce had that most people dont. for example, amazing speed, his waist was small and his shoulders were broad. these things are genetic

  • has anybody out there noticed his pecks arent really big? Or is it just me?

  • @DrJulien3 he trained for speed and endurance not to be massive, look at the size of his arms, there not even that big, what makes him scary is the speed at which he can hit you not the power.

  • whats the soundtrack's name? sounds fucking sweet. Nice vid btw, Bruce Lee is the best!

  • guys about 0:30, is that bone that gets visible in the shoulders, or that is muscle that popped out?

i mean what is that, i cant do it , no way.

  • @lapy213 i also wonder what that is,if its a bone or a muscle,at first thought it was his shoulder blades

  • Is this a feed the children special?

  • No one can get a physique like bruce lee. Burce lee was a superhuman

  • Bruce lee was also blessed with good genes, if you don't have the genes you could work out all day and still never get to his level of muscles.

Anyway please watch my video popsicle masterpiece

  • Giant forearm: 0:03

  • This song is amazing what's the name of the song please answer me.

  • See Lee was a great thinker, he knew conditioning the body that will HELP you in fighting means training the LATS and FOREARMS.

  • Screw bodybuilding. THIS is healthy and strong! Bruce knew what he was doing!!!

  • until a month` ago when i was hearing about Bruce Lee i was laughing my ass off,but after i watched couple videos about him,i can't belive how ''stupid'' i was,he worked so hard to became a legend,he was sleeping, eating and breathing exercise!and another important thing about him ...he was a smart guy,he wasn't a sheep like most of you.ciao`

  • @MyMindIsEverything Well that's one Bruce Lee hater woken up to realize that for the time Bruce was in, he was on to something big. No disrespect man, I just love when people say Bruce Lee is nothing but they don't take into account that Martial Arts and especially MMA wouldn't exist in the same way today had he never decided to challenge the ways of those sheep you referred to.

  • The only man in the world that is with his pants above the waist.

  • @vargtegel lolll

  • He trained his body to prepare and endure combat. Not to build large muscles he was not in that area that is bodybigging, building the body requires alot more then lifting weights.

  • holy fuck 0:30.

You know, so many people say "Oh, I would kill to be like Bruce Lee." or "I would give anything to the world to be like Bruce Lee."

You know what though? The only thing you should give to become like Bruce Lee is sweat, hard work, effort and time. Nothing more, nothing less.

  • @StL33T

    Well said =D

  • Greatest martial arts expert ever, his speed and power were mind bogling.

  • it will never cease to amaze me how well developed Bruce Lee's lats were. phenomenal!

  • Anybody know if Bruce Lee trained his forearms everyday?

  • supper Ripped as HOURSE

  • at 0:28, how are you suppose to do that?? I'm trying to do it but...i can't feel it :s

  • He worked very hard to achieve his mesmerizing physique. He subscribed to a muscle magazine called "Ironman" and it's still actually around today. He trained like a bodybuilder and a martial artist at the same time to achieve his symetrical physique. He would make his own protein shakes and had at least 2 everyday with his balanced diet of veggies and meats. He inspired me to work out and I owe him for the physique I have worked hard for, I have only 5% bodyfat. Bruce will always be the Man!

  • in this movie bruce lee weighed 157 in enter the dragon he weighed 135 he was about 3-5% body fat in enter the dragon before he died he was 126 pounds, bruce lee greatly changed his diet to shed body fat stopped eating dairy, ate lots of fruit and veges, intense running and bicycling

  • Crazy lats for his size. Bruce Lee was legendary in all respects.

  • I wonder if u can glide down like a bird with lats like that as u jump out of an airplane?

  • indians have the worst physique it sucks :( i can run for hours on end and lose alot of weight but i have a slow metabolism which really sucks so i gain weight easily...il never be bruce lee physically but i train hard and eat right so i do what i can to stay healthy

  • You said you can run for hours, that's the worst thing that you can do. Try lifting heavy and eating clean foods. do you eat a lot of Indian foods like naan bread and rice. Try to limit these if you can

  • dats bull shit man best way of gettin a body as tone as him is by not eatin as much an body build

  • get in a gym,get much protein and u will be fine

  • I love when he raises his shoulders and flexes his lats... It's amazing how he was naturally skinny and made his body such a good shape.

  • If u wanna life big weights and look like a fucking monster and feel bad mentally and physically = do big weights. If u wanna be healthy and be able to move those muscles more like to punch or kick etc. train isometric, explosive and basic without pumping much in to yours muscles. Ps. Bruce alo had his kinda muscles since he had naturally (read human anatomy...) tendonus muscle type and long muscles + very low fat in his body. I got the same structure but longer muscles. i got like 3% bodyfat.

  • How can you determine yourself your bodyfat ?

  • @Sheikkailija. Can you tell me more what isometrics are?

  • Try reading. Bruce lee didn't just do Isometrics. He actually lifted weights in a similar fasion to a bodybuilder. At one point he weighed around 165 lbs. He didn't JUST lift weights, he also did Isometrics, cardio, martial arts training, and he was one of the first to experiment with electric shock for muscle stimulation. He did a wide variety of things and was in great shape in every aspect of the word.

  • u want that? Watch manoftruthhealth it will help you. The art and science of recovery is as important as training

  • wow...nice cat....at the back.

  • Thats what u call real muscles. Those guys u see at the gym are all on steroids

  • They are on roids many also. But the main reason to the big muscles u see is the type of technique they use to train their muscles. U get big muscles when u pump blood into your muscles with bigger weights all the time u can. Just pump with static position and u get big. Bruce did 0 training like that. So he didnt got any blood on the muscles. He used explosive, isometric and then little basic muscle training (very slowly the movements so wont pump blood) and that is why he got that kinda musc.

  • not all guys in the gym are on steroids dumbass. i bet not even a quarter of the guys in the gyms are on steroids so stop bullshitting.

  • jeez his punches are fast

  • dangg.. Bruce Lee's back was hecka huge.. perfect physique.

  • his Laks are massive ..~

  • worlds best physique any human will get

  • haha nice

  • Comment removed

  • well if you really care about looks i undestand what your saying but i would like to have this body and be able to kick almost anyones ass if you know what i mean

  • Comment removed

  • yeah i know but just having this body would be awesome lol

  • @JReyes123 uhh..... he's mal nourished for the amount of exercise he did......

for my personal opinion of the best physique for a male youtube "brent kutlesa" similar physique (no muscle monster) but perfect.

  • @JReyes123 Of course not....

  • Bruce did lift heavy weights. in fact he bulked up quite a bit earlier on in his traiing career. If you want to train like him buy 'The art of expressing the human body' by John Little. then train & eat like he did.

  • Why his armpits so huge??

  • wow u r dumb arent u... gtfo nerd

  • you are all wrong Lee taught me that strength flows from repeated reps of isolated muscle group via chi

  • He taught you that did he lol

  • he is the rippest ever. no fat

  • Lee did not advocate building large muscles by lifting cumbersome barbells... he prefered the strength-training of isometrics, push-ups, etc. In this way, he was able to build up power in the lesser muscle groups, which resulted in lightning quick speed!

  • You are not wrong however, he did have a very intense weight training schedule along with the isometrics and strength training. Like you said he didn't use a lot of weight, but he did use heavy enough sets that he learned from body builders, and he trained all of the smaller muscels but heavily his forearms, all of his training revolved around fighting and not looking good but as a result he still looked phenominal. Your right, his training was remarkible.

  • the best thing to do if you want muscles like bruce lee is to do lite weight rep lifting, and buy the iron gym the thing that goes on your door

  • I have that book too, it doesn't contain any "secrets" to how he achieved his body, just what workouts he used to achieve, what I think, is the greatest male physique I've ever seen.

Bruce Lee inspires me to no end

  • h was so fucking quick

  • no doubt

  • 0:09 seconds looks like his musces are wings

  • I would kill to have his lats. Been doing those damn wide grip pull ups all year and still not nearly near his caliber.

  • I will recomend u 'The Art Of Expressing The Human Body' by the great master Bruce Lee. This book has some fantastic secrets for body training. But maybe u know about it?

  • yea its great i bought it. it has amazing work outs.

  • @HellionX I would recomend steroids

  • @HellionX steroids my friend, steroids.

  • @HellionX one handed push ups will give you great results for the lats..

  • @ i also recommend this book if you havent seen it yet :). can get it quiet cheap and good quality for second hand on amazon

  • @HellionX the secret to having muscle like bruce is you must eat dog meat.try it.

  • @HellionX heres the trick. When we do pull ups we are limited by strength in our forearms and since back is a big muscle group it needs allot of stress to grow.Bruce lee was fanatic in forearm training thats why he could do much more pull ups and make his back grow.I mean this dude could do 50 1 hand chin-ups.Crazy...

  • @HellionX genetics is bruce lee's strongpoint. You won't get his lats unless you have his genetics. What he emphasised in addition to conditioning, was practicality. If you can work on improving your speed, agility, and strength in your training, you will be following in the path of the late great master.

  • sik mother fucker him haha FAST AS FUCK

  • i think he looks better later on in his life with the lower body fat he dosent look that muscular in way of the dragon

  • He is as muscular in d way of the dragon as well in enter the dragon. I think it has something to do with the quality of camera used.Remember that in ETD it was a hollywood production where they brought in their superior camera than that of hongkong. The result was Bruce Lee body muscles was clearly defined.

  • no man please don't say that

I do agree with you in a point of "the hollywood standarts were far superior"

But by the time of Enter the Dragon, Lee had lost 20 pounds man! Even more ripped

  • In the Enter the Dragon movie Bruce's physique was insanely ripped, defined and sculped to the bones, it seemed that he was skinless

You can imagine what he could have done in his next film or next 2 films

Imagine the physique how would that be man

  • bruce lee is madm awsome ,bet he could brake the wall in back of him

  • Bruce Lee was a true human being. His physique is amazing! Bruce Lee's memory will live forever :P

  • I whole heartedky agree, and is it just me or is there a lot of snotty nose Bruce/Master Lee haters on You tube> also is it just me, or am I trippin when I say that I haven't ever seen another human physique even close 2 Bruce's & if so why is it that others have to weight hundreds more 1bs than he in order to develop certain muscle groups that he achieved at half their weight..an anomoly was Bruce RIP the BEST!

  • like what?

  • see the the key is that bruce lee did everything light he trained the smaller muscles to the fullest extent and see he eat the proper foods and did weight lifiting and strength training but he burned off most of all his carbs cause he always did work outs that didnt cause alot of pain but had the best results such as running and jogging and jump-rope so it burns off all his body fat from muscles from the carbs turning them directly into his muscles

  • I have been a huge follower of Bruce since I was a child, always mesmerised by his peerless skill and beautiful physique, which for me remains to this day the most defined and impressive physique of any human being I have seen. Now for some debate, I cannot see that if Bruce had have been a boxer that anyone in or around his weight class would have beaten him (from any era). His power, speed, physical condition and fitness have never been surpassed by any human on this planet.

  • I agree. You should pick up a book called "Bruce Lee, the art of expressing the human body" It has photocopies of his work out routines, hundreds of pictures and is a great read into how he achieved his physique. You can find it at borders or BArnes and nobles

  • banksfan02 - I own that book already ! Very interesting
