i dont know why this is so complicated for people. you put a few ounces (start with 2 if youve never used opiates before) and pour it in some sprite and add jolly ranchers skittles or whatever to taste. imagine it as a cocktail, the syrup(promethazine w/codeine, hydrocodone w/ promethazine) is like the alcohol, everything else is just for taste. you cannot lean off of nyquil or any of that shit. in my opinion you dont even need to mix it with sprite or any of that shit, drink the syrup straight

@johnson12ize codeine and promethazine the active ingredients in prescription cough syrup have different more pleasing effects than nyquil and other over the counter cough syrups. lean is a very pleasant relaxing drug, nyquil when used at the right dosage is more similar to ketamine and other dissociatives

@johnson12ize as far as colors go the main ones are red and purple(codeine with promethazine) and then there is yellow/gold ("tussin" which is hydrocodone syrup and is stronger than codeine with promethazine) it also depends on what soda and candy you use, which again is up to you. THE CLASSIC RECIPE FOR LEAN would be 4 oz of actavis brand codine and promethazine syrup, a 4-6 jolly ranchers and a 20oz bottle of sprite. i will warn you to be careful pouring the syrup into the bottle, it can foam

@nighttildawn like others have said, go see a doctor and tell them that you have a cough and it is painful. a lot of dr's now will try to give cheratussin AC which does have codeine but also has guafenisin (mucinex) which is pretty gross and can hurt your stomach. if you tell them the cough keeps you up at night you can probably get them to give promethazine and codeine.

step 1: open the sprite bottle put the jolly ranchers in (8-9 for a small bottle 17-18 for a 2 litter and let them sit put the cap, on and turn it upside down then rite side up 5 times

step 2: put as much Promethazine + Codine as you feel needed (not the whole bottle)

step 3:turn it upside down then rite side up 5 more times get a styrofoam cup, fill with ice and serve :)))) u can make in Germany

@purple5484 They have correct dose printed on bottle. and only doctors can prescribe this. Promethazine is used to treat allergy symptoms such as itching, runny nose, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, hives, and itchy skin rashes.

Promethazine also prevents motion sickness, and treats nausea and vomiting or pain after surgery. It is also used as a sedative or sleep aid. But i hope u dont get it prescribed. Since you only want a buzz off it. get a life.
