However in natural bodybuilding you can still be in very good shape and even run long distances (I think you should specify which one you mean, I guess you mean "with steroids"). I myself am a natural bodybuilder and also "suffer" from asthma. Still my CV fitness is way better than most people 1-10 years younger than me. Im not claiming I am at an advanced level CV level though!

I'd say that they can not run straight for 30 minutes and still kick some ass in the field. So, being resistant is better for your body than getting big and strong, but you can not even run for 10 minutes without breaks.. I know it's only advice, but you can do whatever the F. you wanna do man.. haha
Yeah there's no denying that cardio is the number one thing you can do for your health. Many natural bodybuilders do cardio daily though, I am a natural bodybuilder but I also do long distance running in the fall and winter and I never bulk on dirty foods.
I'll admit my endurance isn't the best lol but I've been around secondhand smoke my whole life. I know quite a few natural bodybuilders that are cyclists and triathlon runners, many don't even use creatine myself included.

It is true that many do not use creatine and other type of substances that, in the real matter, are not beneficial for our bodies. You guys said on some vids you do 3day split routines..(chest/tris/shoulders),(back/bis),(legs)... but the other day u mentioned that you'd do 4day, with abs and calves... so which is it? and how often u train? for instance... i train from monday through friday..(back), (chest), (legs), (shoulders), (bis and tris)... u guys think it's be better to do a 3day split, only working out 3 days a week? please make a vid on this!
@rufiorocksmysocks If you split up your chest, shoulders and tris onto seperate days chances are your gonna wind up overworking some muscles (benchpress works all 3) and when you work your back your using your bis most of the time so your bis are gonna get hit too much. 3 and 4 day splits work well too cause then your giving your body a full 48 hours to recover and repair after a workout before you do something else.

@Hakodan When I bulked up I was eating almost 190g carbs for lunch so i must have been eating well over 300g of carbs, and damn son my belly went big it was horrible! Decided to stop and lose the belly then build up from there, with lower carbs!
@Hakodan It is currently ramzan so about 4 days before, I pretty much stopped eating much food, Right now, I probably eat about 40-70g carbs in a day (some from wholemeal bread, rest fruits) and strickly protien, chicken breast and eggs only as of now I am probably eating around 1000 to 1500 calories if that! ( NOT training ATM due to injury). It has gone down yes, wanting it to go flat tbh and I am now working on my core too which is helping I guess. Hopefully it goes away compleatly!
The funny thing is, the bodybuilders back then were athletic. They did other things like boxing, martial arts and other sports, but still took steroids.

@Hakodan When I bulked up I was eating almost 190g carbs for lunch so i must have been eating well over 300g of carbs, and damn son my belly went big it was horrible! Decided to stop and lose the belly then build up from there, with lower carbs!

@Hakodan It is currently ramzan so about 4 days before, I pretty much stopped eating much food, Right now, I probably eat about 40-70g carbs in a day (some from wholemeal bread, rest fruits) and strickly protien, chicken breast and eggs only as of now I am probably eating around 1000 to 1500 calories if that! ( NOT training ATM due to injury). It has gone down yes, wanting it to go flat tbh and I am now working on my core too which is helping I guess. Hopefully it goes away compleatly!

The funny thing is, the bodybuilders back then were athletic. They did other things like boxing, martial arts and other sports, but still took steroids.
