I would much rather see my tax dollars go to education over homeland security. That by paying for people to become more educated we would invest in human capital. With funding peoples education we would require that they do community service and with the students minds at Universities across Texas, Arizona and California I do believe that those bright minds could come up with reliable long term solutions to our problems. I'm speaking of much more than just border control which is low on the list

Thats from Aljazeera, I don't know how credible they are but It seems pretty credible. I can give you the url if you'd like. See, while I acknowledge the root of the problem is probably toxic waste being dumped, the piracy is not helping anything and should be stopped. However, over 8800 M1 and M1A1 tanks have been produced for the US Army. Also, this number does not include the tanks employed by the USMC. In addition to this, every M1 requires a crew of 4 to properly employ the tank, and their are dozens more servicemen/women needed to maintain an M1 when it fails.
