that was cool. the ONLY thing wrong with it. is that when he shot off in the sky at 0:13 he wasnt facing the same side he was going. so it looked like he was being rag dolled around

Well, my purpose there is that I didn't want him just going straight up. Just like in the episode Heroes where Nathan rockets off at a 90 degree angle, we did the same thing here, just with no smoke ring to cover it.

We tried to turn him slowly in the air so as to make it a bit more logical, but it really looked crappy, so we just stuck with the quick blast off to the left to follow in the show's effect footsteps.

bogel you can only import video files that are supported by after effects. For example you cant import flash video files (.flv which are youtube's video format) or you can't import mobile compressed videos (.3gp). You need to download a converter and make your your only using .avi's and .mpg or .mov

as u can see theres like 3 diffrent parts 1 part jus running another part to jump fly 3rd part flying. and cool way to do that bro u shoulda made like sand shoot up wen he took of it would make it more realistic but otherwize vary cool.

Easy, its another shot. Camera is kept in the same position from the jump. Then on the new shot they move it up to the sky with a new animation added. These guys are smart, they know what they are doing.
