I actually went to a concert where cry of the afflicted opened for stutterfly.... it was a monumental concert.... and now cry of the afflicted is really popular :P

and my sister is actually still friends with all of the band members from the original stutterfly....

i also went to the very last stutterfly concert where charles was just accepted as the new lead singer and they were still singing all of stutterfly's songs..... IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

@jascrystalspike Same band, different singer, different name. Chris left Stutterfly so they got Charles of thebleedingalarm and changed thier name to Secret and Whisper. Secret and Whisper is alot popular than Stuttterfly ever would of ever been, it's a shame because Stutterfly wrote songs about life experiances, unlike Secret and Whisper who just happen to sign to a Christian record label "Tooth and Nail". @zinnyzxx Probably because the ONLY difference is two people. The general direction of the band is still very similar despite the two vocalists having drastically different voices. Musically, they still sound extremely similar.

Well okay. They were from kelowna, british columbia. The lead singer Chris Stickney left the band and they got a new singer (I think the old lead from The Bleeding Alarm) and changed their name to Secret and Whisper. Chris went off to start a solo project called Oceans Apart.

They totally botched the album version. Such a shame. Saw them live half a dozen times, have hollow and broken in pieces cd's. Then we are bled of color came out. It was alright but they took out all the cool screams and changed a lot of the old songs to sound more punk and emo. Stutterfly when they first came out had their own sound, i think it was ahead of the times. People now like it and they are gone to another genre and new band name. RIP Stutterfly
