This is what global warming can do. It can happen anywhere in the world. It may not be flood, it can be heatwave or terrible winter or so on. Everyone should be prepared.
What happened was a simple human error by those operating our DAMS... Even with PAGASA's warning of HEAVY RAIN within Ondoy they just waited and watch what will happen.. Instead of lowereng the water level to an estimated safe level, those "damn" DAMS waited till the water hits critical level SABAY BUHOS SA MGA TAONG BAYAN!!!!

I don't belive that this is a punishment of corruption etc etc. This is an opportunity for us to be together on this, to CHANGE and HELP those who are in need.
