I cannot believe it that people i dissing our s league too... they do not see how much s league has progress over the years. Just for your info, s league is the top 10 league in asia. Saffc became the first singaporean club to be in afc champions league and the first singaporean club to beat a china club henan jianye 2-1. Saffc have rub shoulders with the likes of japan, korea and china and put up a good fight. So please fellow singaporean do not comparison when you do not know the facts

In addition the yog team beating montenegro is not something to be proud of as the montenegro are new nation that gotten independent 1 or 2 years ago, so basically singapore is expected to beat them. Let me tell you what the senior team achievement which nobody will praise them for and instead diss them. They drew with aussie which is a world cup team, they beat iraq the asian cup holder 2-0.m And won 2 aff cup and many more. Where is the senior team due credit

i cannot believe it, that singaporean are dissing their senior team while keep praising the yog team .....it is horrendous. the achievement by yog team is definitely a good achievement but not a great one. we must remember that big team like, brazil, argentina, japan, korea, france , italy and etc plus the thai team that thrash singapore yog team last year were not here this year.

There is hope, they play with passion, they are hardworking, they have much better attitude than the senior team. They are still very young, hope their attitude remains the same. Just need to work on the physique and technical skills, I don't see why they can't challenge any top teams in the future.

Hanafi and Muhaimin are Dwight Yorke and Andy Cole, Lightfoot is Singapore's Xavi Alonso. Superb 50m long defense to attack pass and a neat 1-2s by them for the first goal. Second goal, good work on the wing by Neubronner and great awareness by Muhaimin to dummy ball for Hanafi excellent volley.

This shows that we Singaporean ourself are capable of something like this, no need foreign talent whatsoever. Even down to the coach itself is a former Lions, Kadir Yahya.
