@walanjo000 actually team pacquiao did accept to do drug test, but not Olympic style drug test which means random. With technology today you can dogde any drug test, but not the Olympic style drug test. Manny agreed to do a drug test before 24 hours of the fight, but blood test can be altered and tranfered.
