Actually the problem with global warming is that it should be called solar warming. The earth's temperature is directly related to the amount of radiation coming from the sun. Take the last solar flare for example. We saw temperatures up here in Southern Ontario much warmer than usual for january and sustained for almost a week.

Actually the problem with global warming is that it should be called solar warming. The earth's temperature is directly related to the amount of radiation coming from the sun. Take the last solar flare for example. We saw temperatures up here in Southern Ontario much warmer than usual for january and sustained for almost a week.

Uhhh, the environment is not the only issue that Al Gore stands for. He has been unwavering in his defense of our civil liberties and the preservation of the constitution (threatened right now with the current criminals in office) and was the first person to speak out against the Iraq War. He is also for single payer universal health care. Just because his environmental efforts are all that the media focuses on doesn't mean that it is all that he would focus on as president.

The big fault with the "stolen election" theory...and it is a theory... is that the military ballots that were conveniently hidden away in Florida amount to be much more than any doubtfull ballots which people were so worried over. Military votes are almost entirely conservative...and by the thousands...were not counted on their absentee ballots in Florida. You don't see the caring liberals mentioning that at all though do you?

Ok, Gore actually WON the election in 2000. The reason why he "lost" was because he did not gain enough electoral votes to win. But, he IN FACT had more POPULAR votes then Bush. But, that is besides the point. Bush is Republican and I can gurantee the last thing MOST of the U.S is gonna wanna do is put another Republican in office. Whoever ends up with the Democratic ballot, they will be president, hands down.

well thats true of all non-direct representation styles of government, you could have 60% of the votes, but the votes are too spread out and your opponent wins because they got most of the ridings, the system is flawed but the recount was still legit. america is naturally right wing so as bush isn't coming back, there is probably going to be a republican government again.

The recount was anything but legitimate. It was an attempt to hijack the election by the Gore Administration. They had no gripes, they (democrats) okayed the butterfly ballot, and they organized the way it read. Democrat stupidity and inability to figure it (butterfly ballot) out is not the grounds for a recount.

America is only Technically "Right-wing" and that is because it is more or less human nature to be "conservative." But, nontheless, Kerry very NEARLY won the election in 2004 (and if there is any democrat who should be insulted, it should be him). That in itself shows the massive distaste that not only Bush, but the Republicans have put in our mouths. No American in their right mind would vote Republican (unless they enjoy fighting senseless wars and shredding their dignity).
