Hi Madhura, this looks tempting. I want to make this. Just a question - how long does it take to cook 1 dosa from both sides?

Thanks, its a sooji it takes little longer time, say about 4 mts on one side at medium to high heat. Normally I keep stove temperature at 7 while making Dosa. Thanks for asking.

I dont think dosa is cooked from both sides....anyhow rava dosa looks tempting
