Second, due to the fact that their bodies are not rotted, they can move fast like any live person. Third, the "zombies" are alive. Technically, there is a boomer appearance. Well, of it's lower body (you know, how it looks after it blows up?). At the very beginning with all the bodies, you can see it when the lightining flashes (0:15). It's lying against the wall right beside one of the dumpsters.

Plus, it looks like Bill was smashed, dragged, w/e due to the blood smears in front of him. Doesn't look like he was slashed since it's just a blood path and not splattered all over the place. A jockey, spitter, smoker, boomer, hunter, witch prolly didn't do it. And w/ the original's reaciton to the tanks, it's prolly not the charger.
