That's nothing, in the riots over in England, people looted shops and stole everything they could, one guy ran into a discount shop and stole bottled water, we have taps in this country, the physical effort alone wasn't worth it, he didn't need to steal water when he must have a tap at home, by the time he got home he was probably in need of a drink and turned his tap on, a crate of water has no black market value and he got 6 months for it.
