  • I'm and American and my experience has always been that Paul Rodgers, Bad Company/Free have always been well received here. Not too sure about the always singing about women part being a deterrent for the critics like someone said below. Zepp, Clapton, many others sang about women and we all loved em. Paul and all of his collaborations definitely have a loyal following here in America - even my offspring love him!

  • He is the vocal(blues/soul)rock god!

  • Bad Company never got the credit they deserved from American music critics, because most American music critics are gay, and Bad Company was always singing about women. But the people knew what was up, and they loved, and still love, Bad Company.

  • I still prefer his voice when he was younger , for example the track "Remember" on Fire And Water. That's a particular favourite of mine , a great summer song .But yes his voice is as great as ever .

  • Paul Rogers may very well have the most dominant and influential rock voice of

anyone from the last 30 years! I didn't know that Howard Leese was playing with

them now! I guess Heart is on a sabbatical which would free him up!

  • @gibbymy335 Howard Leese has been playing with Paul on his solo tours for most of the last 11 years. I don't think Leese has had any involvement with Heart roughly the same timeframe.

  • Great video! Love this song.
