Although you could fill a shot-glass with what she felt for me, and this Earth could not contain what I felt for her. Thanks to this ending in this movie, back then, I went for her cause life is short and thats all I have to say to you. Go for her. It doesnt matter if it doesnt end the way you dreamt it, just go for it. Tell her how much you feel for her and once you have her show her, everyday and everynight. Do not take a single hour off.
