  • Hey there! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • Oh hello! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • Nothing against vegan or vegetarians whatever, but why punish yourself. If you can do it good, if it's hard why bother. Bigger predators will continue to eat smaller animals and there's nothing you can do about that. If you believe in a God remember how animals are eaten on festivities, even Jesus eat fish. If you don't believe in a God you should believe in Science, it lays down a food chain where humans are part of it. Life is short, enjoy and savor the good taste and good health.

  • About 6 mos ago I had a McDs chocolate shake. I'm not sure why. My friends and I were in a hurry and I was starving and I they wanted to stop at McDs, so I did. I'm not lying, in part it was tasty going down...but WAY too sweet, I immediately felt like I was going going into diabetic coma. Then a few months ago I had a peice of carrot cake that had eggs and milk in it. For days after the shake and the cake I felt sick, bloated, tired, foggy. The standard American diet isn't food, it's bullshit!

  • You were poisoned. I had the same thing happen to me several times. Each time after eating "normal" food I got sick and knew it was the food because that's the only thing different I did.

  • Thanks very much for your video.

  • Nice Videos!!

  • Vegans are Fucking hilarious over sensitive pussies, always proactively looking for something to get offended from... work out you skinny pansies jeez.. Vegan can suck Jesus's red dick.. I just ate deepfried chicken wings delicious!

  • @sushidropkick I love you, man.

  • @sushidropkick I agree that vegans are sometimes rediculously oversensitive with a distorted view of what being "humane" means. But you don't have to insult Christians. I'm not a belieer too but I respect Jesus, and he ate fish.

  • just to add to my last comment, when i went vegan i had the experience of feeling very weak and shaky, never able to get full. not like i was doing it wrong, i study nutrition actually and was eating typical vegan cuisine. then my boss told me about the blood type diet which, buy the idea or not, made a lot of sense when it came to my body, and explained why some people feel great on atkins while others want to die, and vice-versa with veganism. overall i went two weeks vegan and had to stop

  • @skyhighkyguy Your body tells you the truth, and not the formulas and chemical equations. As a young man back in the 80's I traveled with an exploration team. We lost our supplies and we only got sustained with locally purchased plant foods and grains. Our nutritionist say we had a complete diatery need. But we all became so weak despite eating huge plates of vegetables. There's nothing that can substitute a small piece of real meat.

  • just came across this and thought id add my two cents. there are videos of people on every kind of specific diet who, after altering their diet, feel like shit. if you've been on atkins for a year and try to eat whole grain bread, it will probably make you feel like shit. if you're used to german cuisine, and try a traditional chinese meal, you'll probably feel a little sick. the point is (im not hating on veganism here) its not the new food, its the adjustment thats making you feel sick

  • He is right, I am a 90% raw vegan, and the rest is some cooked vegetables, I tried eating cooked chiken and after it, I felt bad,

  • Oh I know this feeling all too well...cooked food IS addictive. I'll have some to combat the deprived feeling, get sick, but keep eating. I plan on doing a 100% for a month, see if i can make fifty days, see if i can make one hundred and keep going...i never want to feel that way ever again

  • I'm glad I can eat anything and still be healthy

  • I feel for you. Every once in a while I give in and eat some "normal food" and I always feel horrible. Once after being 100% raw vegan for 3months I ordered a medium cheese pizza and I've never felt so sick!!!

    Free days suck :(

  • just eat a chicken or somthing its there its dead its on the shelf and by someone not eating it it isnt going to make that chicken have a better life so why put it to waste?

  • good food of course makes you feel good. but that guy probably had the king size menu at mcdonalds after only eating veg for ages. that is bound to go wrong. also he probably psyched himself into feeling bad.

  • This guy's not faking.folks he's blown away by the symptoms!

But he "FORGOT" to tell us "how long" he's been vegan!

If vegan for many yrs, do not go eat meat....You will indeed end up at the E.R. OK!?!

Feels like food poisoning, N' Super BAD case o'stomach flu.

THIS IS A FACT! Don't try this at home!Alone!

Tell us when did you stop eating "fried, processed, refined& junk food" man?

I'm vegan for 13 yrs &I Love it, I feel grr8!...No need for anybody's "approval" T.Y. ..(we need "attention" LMAO!)

  • placebo effect dude, i was raw vegan for over a year and i started eating normally and nothing happened to me.

Unless american food is that crap, we have our own veggies and animals so there could be a difference.

But eating in the thought of 'im gonna get siiiiiiiiiiick' you'll make yourself sick regardless

  • there is nothing on wiki about this.

  • lol@u

  • It's not actually (well not completely anyway). When someone becomes a vegan, or vegetarian (or are raised that way like my ex), their stomach actually looses certain enzymes that "normal" people have. Which means they loose the ability to properly digest and deal with "normal" food. It actually makes them sick. Very sick in some cases.

  • Elaborate the enzymes. And even if it were true, what makes being a vegan so much better? You only live once. Also, why would you post a video of yourself getting sick from normal food on YouTube? It's repulsive.

  • I'm not sure which ones exactly, and I'm about the farthest thing from a doctor you can get. And i don't know why he posted it, but he did. I stumbled across it by accident, then noticed you bad mouthing him for no reason. I figured I'd let you know the reason why they get sick, and that it's not all in their head. And if you want to know why people become vegetarians, or vegans (I'm not one!), You'd have to ask one, because I'm sure their reasons vary.

  • do u know what it means to be a vegan lol

has nothing to do with attention

this guy is a raw vegan in particular, and most raw vegans do not do it for attention. they do it for health

i guess u didn't know what raw or vegan meant lol

  • Haha! :D

  • I recently went from vegan to 100% raw.

It's day 4 so far and I don't think it's that challenging. I feel the difference right away. Any tips of good raw salad dressings? I use lemon juice, but it's a bit too sour for me, but still good.

  • ya, add some bacon bits to it hahaha. i tried it too... good luck sticking with it. takes a lot of time preparing and thinking about how to make your meal less boring. lol

  • for most of the summer, i spent ate only a raw/vegan diet, and now i have just returned to vegan (its hard to go raw with a highschool schedule)

but! when i came back to school, i decided that as a treat, it would be okay to indulge on candy, and lots of it, on our first day of school with all of my friends....later that night, it felt like i was experiencing severe withdrawl - i couldnt stop sweating, my skin itched, and my stomach couldnt stop cramping.

i hope you feel better! =]

  • It is hard to go vegan raw... I know true vegans that have been vegans for years that can NOT go raw... crazy... careful on the candy...I found that I am allergic to some stuff in candies... the itching and bumps are allergies!

  • If I didn't eat any sugar fruits then ate raisins I would get a sugar rush and feel all dizzy. If I didn't eat for a while then had a huge meal I would feel sick. If I was raw and ate cooked food yes I would feel sick too. That does not tell you much about whether the diet was good for me or not all it means is that I shocked my system by suddenly jumping from one type of diet to another

  • OMG you look very sick! I can imagine how you feel! :-/ I hope you're feeling better now :-)

Imagine if you ate meat!!!!!! geez you'd probably die!

  • Free day does seem counter-productive. A shock to the system. I think I understand its purpose--to combat the deprived feeling and help prevent burnout. Worth it? We know your vote.

  • Yeah, and that was just ONE meal that I used as a "free" day. Back to vegan raw!

  • what did you eat on your freeday was it fryed vegan stuff?

  • this video scares me. you aren't the same happy trail walking guy!! lol. i feel for you buddy. keep eating that vegan raw healthy food. i wanna try it!!

  • I will be back to normal soon... I feel back to almost normal now...thanks!

  • I am sorry you are not feeling well. Take care and I will be praying for you!

  • Thanks Chris, I am feeling well now...your prayers helped!

  • Thumbs down to feeling like a septic turd :(

As they say, live and learn.

Hope it clears your system and you feel better soon!!

  • I am feeling better today...hope you have a great free day!

  • Two days ago I had indian buffet. vegan indian buffet. and I was in agony all day. the next day my stomach was so distended. I looked pregnant. today I finally passed "normal poop". It took three days to get over one meal. One normal vegan meal. i never want to feel like that again, but even today, I was thinking about eating indian buffet again. I didn't eat very much either! After just a few bites, I was laid out. Dun Fer. It's like my body no longer recognizes cooked food at all. Feel better.

  • Amazing how our bodies get used to foods. And how quickly we can also get used to healthy foods.

  • i'm w/ you pawfeck... food poisoning

  • thanks for sharing....I will look at this video if I get tempted! Feel better.

  • I will too the next time I want to eat fried foods... :)

  • just putting this out there Sean but do you think its possible that you did get food posioning from the food you ate? rather than the sole effects of meat on a vegan.

Regardless, I hope you feel better soon, we miss the happy Sean :)

  • I would think that, but no one else got sick. I think my body just rejected the oils in the fried foods.
