@TheSpetnazz I lived in Cape Town for about 8 months in 2005. I was able to see a few local bands at the Mercury Lounge near the Castle of Good Hope and they were quite enjoyable. I wish I had a better social network to get rides to other towns were most bands seemed to play. South Africa has some great potential.
