what would be really interesting is in a vacuum. Ion wind can exist in Faraday cage. Wherever there is air you can accelerate ionized air. A vacuum is the test.
Dang thats an interesting Idea......Ive seen people do this with a plastic bag or whatever to try to keep the Ion Wind explanation from rearing its head....but inside a farady cage......thats quite an interesting Idea! I am not sure what to think about this......are you trying to show that the electromagnetics are not pushing off of other electromagnetic fields? Perhap suggesting a true electrogravitic effect????
Looks like you designed an asymmetrical capacitor thruster. Research ACT designs online, I think you will find some similarities. The ACT working principle Jean Nauden proposes is interesting. Tell me though, is the HV alternating or DC?
