It's a little bizarre that people are being told not to talk politics about a blatantly political song... I haven't read the political statements, so maybe they're stupid, but it's a little silly to see this as "just music."

@mrfinn99 BTW--i know several israelis, jewish and muslim both...and the muslim israelis actually have pretty decent lives there in israel, at least in the non-combat areas (off the Strip and out of the heights, etc.). at least THEY all think so...and many jewish acquaintances of mine have plenty of muslim friends/acquaintances, and while things may ice up here and there when the bombings occur, they usually just ignore politics for the sake of coexisting. more stories than just the fighting.

The point is to actively push the arab populations into smaller and smaller areas and out of the main centers of Israel. What you describe is a wonderful vision that I think the majority on both sides may want. But, as usualy extremes have the loudest voice. Btw, I checked out your channel. @mrfinn99 BTW--i know several israelis, jewish and muslim both...and the muslim israelis actually have pretty decent lives there in israel, at least in the non-combat areas (off the Strip and out of the heights, etc.). at least THEY all think so...and many jewish acquaintances of mine have plenty of muslim friends/acquaintances, and while things may ice up here and there when the bombings occur, they usually just ignore politics for the sake of coexisting. more stories than just the fighting.

The point is to actively push the arab populations into smaller and smaller areas and out of the main centers of Israel. There is British on this island, probably 1/5th of the population is british, there has to be a solution for these people who deserve the right to remain british, forcing an united ireland upon these people will start another war. but i do respect people in the north who wish to be irish, but i dont see what stops them from being irish, power sharing is the only way to reach settlement i believe.
