  • There is also a great standing stretch for the hip flexors that is quite convenient to do multiple times a day, in the least a great supplement to this. Nice video... everyone sitting down and leaving hip flexors compressed all day, then going to activity which usually involves hip extension (running, jumping, jogging, stairs) is a recipe for pain!

  • After trying this stretch, my lower back discomfort (which I'd carried for about 8 months) disappeared basically overnight. I can't thank you enough! I do this stretch morning and night and am beginning to get movement back in my pelvis.
