Someone needs to investigate all these production companies that built the trussing and do the set ups. The manufactures of the trussing should be checked out as well as most of these production people just want the money and could careless about crew safety. I was hit in the head with a truss and when I tried to sue they said I wasnt on the tour. These crooks need to be run out of town or jailed for their actions before more people get killed. inspect and double check, that WILL create jobs.

I have never heard of so many stages or truss collapse problems. It should be investigated as to who built trussing, who assembled truss and why was it not inspected. my dad used to work up there and said the reason why the stage collapsed is because the new owner did not put a part that is supposed to go underneath the stage there. (my dad has seen the old owner put in underneath the stage before and that never happened.) maybe the new owner is just flat out laxy.

This was a rigging failure that led to gear falling on to the stage, not a stage collapse.
