He ended up in the trees. I had a friend who was at the track and saw it. She said that they were picking parts of his body out of the tops of the trees at the end of the strip.

The bad thing is he would have survived the Explosion and was probably trying deperatly to engage the parachutes.. I feel really bad for him RIP
