Come on Wojtek, only the first two chords are pretty much the same and the time signature in the verse is the same (5/4) but that doesn't exactly qualify as plagiarism. Besides, Smierc Na Piec was realeased after Ciechowski's death, sometime in 2002 (if I remember correctly). The first 5 Blackfield tracks (including Hole In Me) were originally recorded in 2001 for an EP, which was later cancelled and insead developed into a whole album.
