The only one who has the right to make such a crying show after his victory is Alexander Dale Oen after this cruel things what happened in Norway. He has got a great character. Filho is just stupid!!!

No, it was proved he WAS doped prior to Shanghai, hence the large controversy whether he should be able to compete. His argument was that it was unintentional, that it was in one of the multivitamins him and his team-mates were given by their team nutritionist. Therefore he was let off with a warning.
